Food Cooking
Teastech supplies and fabricates PTFE-coated belts, cooking sheets and release materials for industrial cooking and baking applications.

Solutions can be fabricated for applications including baking, grilling, flatbread production, continuous cooking and other processes involving heat and sticky food products.
uPVC Window Welding
Teastech supplies specialist PTFE welding sheets for uPVC window and door manufacturing, providing a high-temperature, non-stick barrier between the PVC profile and heated welding platens.
These materials help prevent melted PVC from adhering to machinery, reducing build-up, cleaning requirements and the potential for weld defects. Sheets can be fabricated from stock and customised to suit the dimensions and requirements of the customer’s welding equipment.
Food Processing
Teastech provides PTFE-coated belts, release sheets and fabricated materials for food processing applications, helping manufacturers address challenges associated with sticking, heat, oils, fats and repeated cleaning.

Shot Blasting
Teastech supplies abrasion-resistant masking materials for shot blasting, grit blasting and bead blasting applications.
Specialist reinforced tapes help protect machined, finished or precision surfaces from abrasive impact while maintaining secure adhesion during processing. Materials can be supplied in custom widths or fabricated and die-cut into repeatable masking shapes for production environments.
