Conveyor and Belt Design
Teastech has extensive experience in the design and supply of conveyor belts for a wide range of industrial applications. We can advise on belt materials and construction, drive design, tracking, cleaning and joining, helping customers select a solution that is suited to both the conveyor system and the production process.
Particular attention can be given to application-specific requirements, such as balancing belt strength and thermal conductivity in food processing or achieving a smooth, low-profile splice for packaging applications.
Belt Repair
Damage to a conveyor belt does not always require complete replacement. Teastech can inspect damaged belts and advise whether a repair provides a practical and cost-effective solution.
Our repair capabilities include replacement of damaged joints, removal of localised damaged sections and splicing in replacement belt material. Where repair is not appropriate, we can also advise on the specification and fabrication of a suitable replacement belt.
Slit Tapes
Teastech provides a specialist slitting and tape conversion service, producing custom-width tapes from a range of high-performance industrial materials.
Slit tapes can be manufactured to suit specific masking, release, sealing, protection and production requirements, helping customers reduce on-site preparation and obtain material in a format that is ready for use.
Zone Tapes
Teastech manufactures specialist PTFE Zone Tapes for heat-sealing and packaging equipment where adhesive is required only in selected areas of the tape.
By leaving the central area adhesive-free, Zone Tapes can protect heating elements while reducing adhesive build-up and supporting clean, consistent sealing. Tape dimensions and adhesive zones can be customised to suit individual machinery.
Welding Sleeves
Teastech fabricates custom PTFE-coated fabric sleeves for industrial equipment requiring a durable, high-temperature and non-stick covering.
Sleeves can be manufactured to suit specific machinery dimensions and are particularly suited to applications such as uPVC window welding, where they help prevent softened material from sticking to heated components while simplifying maintenance and replacement.
Die Cut Parts
Teastech provides a specialist sheet-fed die-cutting service, converting high-performance industrial materials into accurately sized and shaped components.
Custom die-cut parts can be produced to an agreed specification, helping customers achieve consistent dimensions, reduce manual cutting and simplify production. Components can be manufactured from drawings, dimensions, samples or existing parts.
Die Cut Rolls
Teastech manufactures roll-fed die-cut components for applications where repeatable parts are required in an efficient, easy-to-handle format.
Individual shapes can be produced from continuous material and supplied on a backing liner, making them suitable for repeated manual application or integration into production processes. Materials, component dimensions and roll formats can be customised to suit the application.
Cooking Sheets
Teastech fabricates specialist PTFE cooking and release sheets for industrial food processing, baking and cooking applications.
The non-stick and high-temperature properties of PTFE help improve product release, reduce residue and simplify cleaning. Cooking sheets can be manufactured to suit specific machinery, trays and production requirements, including custom dimensions and shapes.
